REGISTRATION FOR THE PICK UP SERVICE IS NOW CLOSED.

Please complete the form below to request the airport pick up service. You should complete one form for each person.

All pick up requests must reach us before midnight on the Monday before the weekend of the puja i.e. midnight 15th August for Krishna Puja and the Festival; midnight 22nd August for Ganesha Puja.

From Wednesday evening before each of the pujas, we will be picking up at Malpensa airport. We will also look after groups arriving at Genoa but NOT groups from Bergamo Orio al Serio, who will have to make their own way by public transport.

Please note that the most convenient airports to arrive at for pick-ups are Genoa and Malpensa.

We do not arrange pick ups on Saurday afternoon or Sunday.

• If you arrive at Malpensa please wait at the snack bar (used to be called High Fly Café), near Arrivals Point B.
• When you arrive at the airport if you don’t see anyone to meet you please phone the number +39 345 851 8148.
• If you know beforehand that your flight will be delayed then please send a message to the number +39 345 851 8148 to not risk losing your transport connection.
• If you have requested a lift please do not leave the airport or hire a car.
• Finally please try to avoid having a return flight early on Monday morning, it is difficult to find drivers for this task.
